Include your account email, the form name or page, what you expected, and what happened. Use a redacted screenshot if helpful. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or unredacted client documents.

Billing and privacy

Manage your plan in Plans & billing. Read our 30-day refund and cancellation policy or privacy and deletion details. Use “Refund request” or “Account and data deletion” in your email subject so we can route your request.

Court deadlines and legal questions

Support is for using Courtify, not legal advice or emergency assistance. Do not rely on a support response to meet a filing deadline. Contact the relevant court for procedural requirements or a qualified attorney for advice about your matter.
