Terms of Service

Last updated September 6, 2026. These terms describe use of Courtify, operated by Venture Verse LLC. Please review them before using the service.

What Courtify does—and does not do

Courtify helps you organize case information and prepare supported court-form PDFs. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and is not affiliated with a court or government agency. Using Courtify does not establish an attorney-client relationship.

You are responsible for selecting the appropriate forms, verifying current court requirements, reviewing every generated document, obtaining required signatures or notarization, and meeting filing and service deadlines. Courtify does not file or serve documents, monitor deadlines, or guarantee court acceptance or a legal outcome. Availability of a template does not mean it is appropriate for your matter.

Your account and information

Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Only submit information you have authority to use, including information about clients and other people. You retain your rights to the information you provide and authorize us and our service providers to process it to operate Courtify as described in our Privacy Policy. Firm-wide shared workspaces are not currently available.

Plans, renewal, and refunds

The Free plan allows one case. Attorney costs $50 per month for unlimited cases and renews monthly until canceled. Review the price and payment terms at checkout before subscribing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You may request a refund within 30 days of a charge. See Cancellation & refunds for instructions and the effect of returning to Free.

Responsible use and availability

Do not use Courtify unlawfully, access another person’s workspace without authorization, bypass access or billing controls, or disrupt the service. We may restrict access to address misuse or security risks. Service interruptions and errors can occur; keep copies of important documents and independently verify your work before relying on it.

Leaving Courtify and contacting us

Canceling billing preserves your account and saved work. To permanently delete both, use “Delete my account” in Settings and complete the typed confirmation. That process also cancels paid Courtify subscriptions; it does not automatically issue a refund. Case data is deleted within 30 days of a verified request, subject to the retention details in our Privacy Policy. Contact support if you cannot access your account or need assistance. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
